The menus at the Tuscan Oven draw their influence and inspiration from the principle that has driven the tradition of fine Italian cuisine for generations: the combination of simplicity with fresh, quality ingredients. These menus have been created and adapted by the Executive Chefs of both our restaurants in Mt. Kisco, New York and Norwalk, Connecticut.

Our menus are laden with delicious and constantly evolving antipasti, insalati, pastas, seafood and brick-oven pizzas. The finest meats, poultry and seafood are used to explore every corner of the taster's palette. We continuously offer many special meats such as duck and pheasant which are expertly prepared by our renowned chefs in new and unique ways that are sure to please even the most discriminating tastes. In addition to these regular offerings, our Executive Chefs create unique menus of daily specials with different soups, antipasti, pastas and main courses. Everyday at the Tuscan Oven brings new creations from the Tuscan Oven's dedicated and visionary chefs.

The key to the delicacies on our menus is the fact that everything is created from scratch in our own kitchens. Our in-house bakers prepare all of our breads and pastries from scratch. Our various pastas, including gnocchi, tagliatelli and linguini are homemade daily. This means that the food at the Tuscan Oven is as fresh as it can possibly be.

Every bite you take is stamped with the indelible mark of the flavor that can be only found in homemade delicacies. Our dishes are created with the utmost of care and passion from start to finish, ensuring that your meal will be an unforgettable journey to the heart of everything Italy.
Tuscan Seafood Specialties

Freshness is also a high priority for our culinary staff. Every ingredient we use is employed at the peak of its possible freshness. For instance, our seafood is obtained from only the finest waters in the Pacific Ocean and is rush delivered to us from Hawaii to be served that very same day.

Similarly, our premium cuts of meat and poultry are guaranteed fresh to make certain that the expert chefs at the Tuscan Oven are given the finest elements with which to prepare their delectable masterpieces.

In addition to these delicious menus, owner Anthony Pirraglia has worked hard to compile a diverse list of reasonably priced specialty Italian wines of the finest quality. Having spent many years as an expert consultant to the wine and spirits industry and honored with the Wine Spectator Award twelve years running, Anthony is confident that he has assembled a collection of the perfect wines to compliment the sprawling menus created by our Executive chefs.
Special Selection of Meats

Tuscan Oven offers over 30 wines by the glass, including some of the best wines to emerge from the hallowed vineyards of Italy such as La Scolca Gavi di Gavi, Terrabianca "Piano del Cipresso" and Sangiovese. We also serve more popular wines such as Antinori, Gaja, and more. (See full wine list)
